  19. Bug fixed when holding command and interactive operation was unchecked, wouldn't let you setup.
  20. Extra Return added to the end of each message screwed up real UNIX unbatching software.
  21. D.newsxxxx files now can be cr terminated (instead of lf terminated), now works with News Run.
